Three kinds of alerts, infinite combinations

Every alert in PPT is a rule you define. Game start tells you when your player's game tips off, kicks off or drops the puck. Final score gives you the result the moment it's official. And custom thresholds are the fun one: pick a player, pick a stat, pick a number — and get a push the instant they cross it.

The custom threshold alert covers the moments fans actually care about: a push when Ohtani records a hit, when your fantasy running back crosses 100 rushing yards, when a tracked skater scores a goal, or when your center reaches a double-double. If it's a stat PPT tracks, you can build an alert on it — in any of the four leagues.

Quiet by design

Alerts you didn't ask for train you to ignore notifications. PPT sends nothing by default: no news blasts, no promoted headlines, no "you might be interested in" pings. Every notification you receive traces back to a rule you created — and each rule shows its own delivery history, so you can see exactly what fired and when.

Can I get notified when a specific player scores or gets a hit?

Yes. Create a custom threshold alert for that player — for example, a push when they record a hit, score a goal, or reach any stat number you choose. Alerts fire while the game is live.

Which sports do player alerts work for?

All four leagues PPT tracks: NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. You can mix rules across leagues — a game-start alert for an NBA player and a hit alert for an MLB player side by side.

Are player alerts free?

The app is free to download, and custom push alerts are part of PPT Pro, which also unlocks unlimited tracked players and auto-refreshing live games.
