Delete Your Account
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data within 30 days of your request:
- Your email address, display name, and login credentials.
- Your tracked players and teams list.
- Your widget layout configurations.
- Your push notification preferences.
- Your anonymous device identifiers linked to your account.
What we retain
We may retain certain records for a limited period where required by law:
- Transaction records related to subscription purchases (required by financial regulations). These records contain no personal contact information beyond what the App Store or Google Play shared with us at the time of purchase.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered and your subscription benefits will end immediately. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before submitting this request to avoid future charges.
How to submit your request
Send us an email from the address associated with your PPT account. We will confirm your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days.
