Pro Player Tracker ("PPT", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Utopia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). • In-app preferences: sports, teams, and players you choose to follow.
• Widget layout configurations you save to your account.

• Device identifiers (anonymous Firebase installation ID).
• App usage data: screens visited, features used, session duration.
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics.
• IP address and general geographic region (country / state level).

Information we do NOT collect:

• Precise GPS location.
• Contacts, photos, or files on your device.
• Payment card details (handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Deliver and personalize the Service (player stats, widget layouts, notifications).
• Process subscription status (via Apple / Google receipts — we never see payment details).
• Send push notifications you have opted into.
• Diagnose bugs and improve app performance.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Firebase / Google Cloud — our backend infrastructure provider. Data is stored in Firestore and processed by Cloud Functions. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple / Google — subscription receipts are validated directly with the platform stores.
• Law enforcement or regulators — if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

No other third parties receive your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records related to subscriptions).

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, server-side encryption at rest, and Firebase Authentication for account access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
