Terms of Service — Pro Player Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pro Player Tracker ("PPT", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.

The Service is provided by Utopia ("we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using PPT, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party sign-in provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials confidential.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

PPT is offered under a freemium model:

Free tier: Track up to 3 players, manual data refresh, basic widget layout.
Premium tier: Unlimited player tracking, real-time data refresh, push notifications, and full widget customization.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's respective terms. We do not process payments directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or impose an unreasonable load on our servers.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

6. Sports Data and Statistics

Player statistics and game data displayed in PPT are sourced from publicly available sports APIs and are provided for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

Do not use PPT stats data as the sole basis for fantasy sports, sports betting, or any financial decision.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with PPT are the property of Utopia or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other license is granted.

Team logos, player images, and league branding displayed in the app are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UTOPIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
